When you place an order, we will provide a full confirmation date so that you can plan your production around our promises. When parts are shipped, you will received a notification with tracking details which allow you to see the consignment into your dock. All done automatically, all sent to your inbox. The only time you will need to contact us, if to send the RFQ in the first place and then to place your order, we call this our “Hassle Free Guarantee”.
