New Cyber Essentials Plus Certification cements Princeps’ commitment to robust data protection

In our continued effort to ensure our customer data is secure, we have been awarded the prestigious Cyber Essentials Plus certification. Cyber Essentials is a simple but effective Government backed information security scheme that will help to protect our organisation against a whole range of the most common cyber-attacks. Cyber Essentials Plus takes it up a notch with an assessor carrying out a technical audit system to verify that the Cyber Essentials controls are in place.

Seeking this higher level of assurance for our customers is something that Princeps committed to in late 2019, headed by Operations Director Ian Walker, who said: “In today’s operating environment, with a greater reliance than ever on secure, resilient IT systems to support our colleagues and customers – wherever they are working – this certification is a fantastic achievement for Princeps and is another demonstration of our commitment to being the best.”
